Hello people. on my YouTube channel we will be learning Ecuadorian Spanish for English speakers, starting from the most basic of the alphabet and going through all the topics from the relevant vocabulary so as not to waste time with useless words relevant vocabulary phonetic grammar pronunciation sentence structure

Hello everyone is to pass our first Ecuadorian class, if this continues it will depend on how this video is revived. We will see a little phonetic to know how the classes are pronounced in Spanish. But today I decided to start with the articles determined because this is perhaps the basis because Spanish is so complicated, Spanish unlike English that has only one article, Spanish that has two articles. Spanish has the male article and the female article from these two articles is more complicated because the singular and plural

the first thing to start by learning

the male article is "El" for example "El Carro"

the feminine article is "Ella" example "La Casa"

normally to know which article to use, you must see in which vowel the subject word ends,
the words ending in E,  O and  U are usually masculine
The words ending in A , i and are usually Feminine.
For example,
El Baul
El
But there are many esepciones

The pronouns .
yo
vos
tu
usted
el
ella

Yo mean I, it is used to refer to oneself

You  . You mean You, in the singular but it is used in a vulgar conversation.

For example, a conversation between 2 borachos who have no respect for each other

Your    . You mean you, in the singular but it is used in a conversation between 2 acquaintances.

for example a common conversation between 2 friends, so they are on the same level of respect.

you . You mean You, in the singular .but it is used in a formal conversation, it is used to show respect. It can be between 2 subjects that are not known.

or between a son to his father.

or an employee to his boss

and vice versa

The . He means He is used for third person singular masculine

She . means she, it is used for the third person of the feminine singlular

We, means we, is used for first person plural

You are the plural of you. You mean, in the plural, it is not used much, it was discontinued in Ecuador, It is more common in Argentina and Spain.
